March against the construction of a road in TIPNIS-(Cochabamba-Bolivia)

Last night a vigil was held on the streets of Cochabamba, Bolivia against police repression and violence towards indigenous marchers of the TIPNIS region.

Different social sectors including academics, young people and adults gathered and marched to the main square of this city, to support the indigenous march, and encourage the rest of the population to join this cause.

During this march in the center of town, the marchers receiving applause and shouts of support from people who watched what was happening. During this vigil, many people kept coming to the temple of San Francisco to continue signing books that expresses rejection of the construction of the road.
